Many buildings have been re-developed or altered since the creation of this feature class and haven been altered accordingly in this data.  Notably the count of polygons in this feature class has been reduced, as many tree tops, cars, and various other non-structural features in the city were automatically digitized in the creation of the data.  This extraneous data has since been removed.",
